Communion: A Poetry Sampler

We took comfort in the connections of landscape, of change, of heartbreak that bind together the poems in this sampler, which we named after Toby Gibson's poem included here. As readers, these themes resonate with us, and words can often serve us as intercessors when we feel trapped, lost, homesick and bring us into intimate companionship with one another. We hope these poems will bring you some of that camaraderie.
