Jackie White Rogers served for many years as an English teacher in Pulaski County, Kentucky, and now works as a literacy consultant with the Kentucky Department of Education.  A writer and photographer, her short fiction and essays have been published in magazines such as The Louisville Review, Now and Then, and Wind, as well as anthologies.  A native of Science Hill, Kentucky, she presently lives in Frankfort.
